Changes to invoicing process
Starting from the invoicing period of 1st December 2023 onwards the Logivity invoicing process is changing to One invoice.
For customers that have been using Logivity platform before December 2023 this means that you will now be receiving one invoice per month from Logivity AB, which will cover charges for:
- Logivity Portal
- Access service (your node)
- Logivity services that your organization uses (Connect, Loadboard)

Where is my invoice sent to? - A financial contact at your organization will receive an invoice by mail on the last day of the month. Your invoice will also be posted on the Logivity portal at the same time and can be downloaded from there. For more information and guidance please refer to this article.
How to access my transactions? - You can always access your transaction history in the Logivity Portal, for guidance please refer to this article.
