From June 1st 2024 Logivity invoicing process is changing. Fees will apply as follows:
- Carriers will be charged a yearly membership fee. Fee amount will not be affected by the number of shipments you receive and the amount of transactions you perform.
- Shippers will be charged per shipment. Cost of shipment will vary depending on the service via which it is sent.
Once the Logivity go-live date for your organization is agreed, financial contact at your organization will receive the yearly invoice via email. It is also possible to receive invoices directly into your organization's ERP system. If you wish to do so, please raise a ticket to our support team via the link below and specify the email address where the invoice should be sent and include the desired Reference/PO number.
