Introduction
Logivity services are available in a mobile / responsive web versions suitable for other devices such as mobile phones and tablets. You can log in to your Logivity account from your preferred device using the same log in credentials as you use in the web application.
Service available in responsive web version:
- Logivity Connect
- Logivity Loadboard
Prerequisites
You need to be a registered Logivity platform user in order to use Logivity services responsive web version.
Instructions
How to switch between services and views
Similar to the web app, mobile view has a merged interface for Logivity services. You can access both Connect and Loadboard from here and switch between Shipper and Carrier views if your organization has both roles.

To switch between the services click on the options menu in the top right corner of your device screen (1) and choose relevant service (2).
- To change your view from Shipper to Carrier or vice versa, click on the options menu in the top right corner of your device screen (1), click on the view drop down menu (2) and choose the relevant view (3).
Logivity Connect mobile / responsive web
In Logivity Connect mobile view you can perform the same actions as you would using the web application.
Mobile view allows you to:
- View shipment information
- Assign shipments to users within your user group
- Accept / decline shipments
- Report transport status for single shipments
- Report transport status in bulk
- Upload and download attachments
- Sort, filter and search your shipment list
- Switch between user groups

Mobile shipment overview displays information about the pick-up and delivery location, date and time. You can also see cargo details and carrier details. To view more details, click on "Show details" (1). Scroll across to view different tabs with shipment information (2). Click on the green cross in the top-right corner to close the detailed shipment overview (3). If there are any alerts reported for a particular shipment, you can view them by clicking on the alerts icon (4).
- To assign a user to a particular shipment offer, click on "Assign user" link under the Shipment Ref# (1). Select the user you would like to assign the shipment to (2) and click "Assign user to shipment" (3). To change or remove the assignment, click on the assigned person and select a different assignee or select "Unassigned".

Accept/Decline shipment function is located at the top next to the shipment reference number. You can accept/decline a shipment directly from here (1).

Transport status is also displayed at the top next to the shipment reference number (1). From here you can report transport status in the same way as you do in the we application. Click on the drop down menu (2) and choose the reporting option (3). Fill in necessary information and update status (4).
- To report transport status in bulk, select the shipments you would like to update (1) and choose the applicable reporting option at the top of the screen (2). Click "Update" (3). Please note that to report transport status in bulk the same rules as for web application apply. Click here to access conditions for updating transport statuses in bulk.
- You can download attachments from the shipment overview screen (1), or upload and download attachments from the "Attachments tab" under shipment details (2).

You can use sorting and filtering options in a similar way as you do in the web application. Sort and filter are under the filter icon at the top of your shipment list (1). For sorting - click on "up" or "down" icons to filter your list in the ascending or descending order (2). For filtering - select your desired filters (3) and click "Apply filters" (4).
To clear your filters click on "Clear filters" button (5). To close the filter options click on the filter icon once again (1). - Search option is also located at the top of your shipment list (1). To search your shipment list click on the magnifying glass icon and enter your search criteria (2). To close the search box click on the magnifying glass icon once again (1).
To refresh your shipment list - click on the "Refresh list" button (3). - If your organization account has user groups, they will be available at the top of your shipment list. Click on the drop down button next to the group name (1) and select the group you would like to switch to (2).
Logivity Loadboard mobile / responsive web
In Logivity Loadboard mobile view you can:
- View your list of shipment offers
- Assign shipments to users within your user group
- Place bids
- Start shipment execution
- Sort and filter your shipment list
- Search your shipment list
- Switch between user groups

The shipment offer overview displays high-level information about the shipment offer: you can see shipment reference number and status, shipper information, buy now price, bidding deadline and your bid details. You can also see pick-up and delivery locations and time, as well as cargo details. From here you can download a PDF copy of the shipment (1) and view shipment details (2). Scroll across tabs in shipment details to see all the detailed shipment information (3). Click green cross in the top right corner to close detailed shipment overview (4).
- To assign a user to a particular shipment offer, click on "Assign user" link under the Shipment Ref# (1). Select the user you would like to assign the shipment to (2) and click "Assign user to shipment" (3). To change or remove the assignment, click on the assigned person and select a different assignee or select "Unassigned".

You can place bids in the mobile view. Click on the "Bid" button to place your bid (1).Enter the bid amount (2) and click "Bid" (3). Your bid will be placed. You can also Update your bid (4) or Cancel your bid (5) in the mobile view.
- Once a shipment offer has been awarded to you, you can begin shipment execution by clicking the "Execute" button (1). This will take you to Logivity Connect service where shipment execution will be carried out.
