Introduction
Logivity Connect offers a possibility to update transport order statuses in bulk. Bulk update can be used to:
- Accept/Decline several shipments at once
- Update transport statuses (PoP, PoA, IoD, Equipment No., Alert, ETA) on shipments
This functionality was created to allow carriers to make updates on all shipments transported on one equipment.
Prerequisites
Bulk update functionality is available to registered users with "Edit" permissions to the shipment list.
Rules
There are some conditions that need to be met for specific Transport Statuses when updating in bulk:
- Transport mode for all all selected shipments needs to be the same (LTL or FTL), this applies to all statuses except ETA update and Alert
- PoP can be reported in bulk when the pick-up location and date are the same for all shipments in selection
- PoA/IoD can be reported in bulk when delivery location and date are the same for all shipments in selection

Step-by-step Instructions
In Logivity Connect shipment list, select the shipments that you would like to update in bulk by clicking into the checkbox.
Please make sure that bulk update conditions are met when making your selection. If predefined conditions are not met, you will not be able to select a status option from the drop-down menu.
After selecting the status update option, you will see that status has been updated in the list.
If you choose to update PoP/PoA/IoD/Equipment No./ETA/Alert status, you will see the input form that needs to be filled in to update chosen status. You report the same information as you would for a single shipment. Add necessary information and click "Update".
Transport status will then be updated accordingly for each of the shipments that were selected for the bulk update.
