Release information

This month's release includes new functionality in Logivity services and several improvements.

What's new?

New functionality in services:

• Control & Loadboard - Dangerous goods information
• Control - Pre-advised ETA status
• Invoice Matching - drag & drop cost allocation rules

Improvements:

Visibility service will now include enhanced error messages to clarify for the end-user if there is a problem with their account / credentials / service. Additionally, in Settings on Services page you will be able to see if you are or are not enrolled to Visibility. If the service is enabled on your account, the Visibility checkbox will be filled.

Dangerous goods information

In addition to highlighting dangerous goods in red in the shipment list, we now also add a hover-over information button where you can see the UN codes of dangerous goods that the shipment contains. This information will be available for both Control and Loadboard shipments.

Pre-advised ETA reporting

For members with "Carrier" role in Logivity Connect, there is now functionality to report a "Pre-advice notice" whereby you can advise the Transport Buyer about your estimated arrival to the pick-up location. To report a Pre-advised ETA, choose "Pre-advice notice" status in the reporting dropdown menu and fill in the form. Form structure is similar to PoP and PoA reporting where you fill in the pre-advice date & time and the remaining fields relevant for you.

Drag & drop Cost Allocation rules

Cost Allocation functionality in the Invoice Matching service was implemented in the previous release. In this release we add a possibility for users to drag and drop Cost Allocation rules, allowing to change rule priority quicker and easier when needed. For more details about Cost Allocation functionality please refer to previous month's release notes
