Acceptable use policy
When activating a new user account, users will now be prompted to familiarize themselves with the Acceptable Use Policy. When creating a password for a new Logivity account, a user will see a link to the policy page and checkbox that needs to be checked to confirm Acceptable Use Policy is accepted.
Existing users that have received a Logivity account before this change, will also be prompted to read and accept the Acceptable Use Policy. When logging in to Logivity, users will be presented with a pop-up including a link to Acceptable Use Policy and an "Accept" button.
Email notifications for shippers
Transport Buyers will now have a possibility to receive email notifications not only for award status on Loadboard shipments, but also for certain transport execution events.
Additional notifications include: Proof of pick-up (PoP), Proof of arrival (PoA), ETA updates.
Same as in the current notification settings, you can configure them on a group level for a shared mailbox, or for your individual email in your profile.
To configure shipper notifications on a group level:
1. Head to "Setting" -> "User Groups"
2. Choose a group where you would like to set-up notifications
3. In "Email notifications" section enable notifications you would like to receive for shipment execution.
4. If you haven't done so already, add an email address where you wish to receive the notifications.
To configure shipper notifications in your profile:
1. Go to your Logivity profile and scroll down to the group you wish to receive notifications for.
2. Enable notifications you wish to receive for shipment execution updates.
The notifications will be sent to your email address that you use to log in.
Predicted ETA calculation in Visibility service
Visibility service now offers functionality of getting a predicted ETA for pick-up/delivery of a shipment. To use this functionality you need to be onboarded to Logivity Visibility service.
To see the position of the vehicle and view the predicted pick-up/delivery ETA of your shipment, click on the tracking icon next to your shipment (1). In the left hand top corner of the map you will see the license plate information, shipments loaded on that vehicle and a predicted ETA (2).
