Release information
September release will take place on 5th October 2024. A lot of focus in this release has been put into platform operation improvements from the infrastructure and security perspective. However, there is also new web interface functionality that is being implemented this month.
What is changing?
- Bookings with "missed pick-up" will show as a separate status and will no longer be displayed in the active shipments list view.
- ETAs and Alerts can now be updated in bulk without following the pre-defined conditions (not for multi-stop bookings)
- Calculated CO2 for integrated shippers on TS update
- Updated PDF report layout
"Missed pick-up" bookings
Bookings, where a "missed pick-up" status has been reported, will no longer be shown in the active bookings shipment view. Missed pick-ups will now be marked with a separate status (1), and after a "missed pick-up" has been reported, no further reporting can be done on that booking. You can find all "missed pick-up" bookings under it's own status filter category (2) , as well as under "completed" shipment category (3).
ETA and Alert update in bulk
It is now possible to update ETAs and report Alerts for multiple shipments without any pre-defined criteria. This will allow users to update ETAs and report Alerts for shipments with different pick-up/ delivery dates and locations in cases where ETA is affected by a public holiday or another event affecting multiple transports. Please note that this functionality is not available for multi-stop bookings.
More information on how to update transport status in bulk can be found in the user guide linked below:
Calculated CO2 for integrated shippers on TS update
In previous version of CO2 calculation service, when a shipment was created through integration without equipment capacity and vehicle details, when transport statuses were reported calculated CO2 value was not updating.
The new version will provide a calculated CO2 value even for shipments where equipment cpacity and fuel type have not been specified by the shipper nor have been provided during the POP/POA/Equipment number reporting. Once equipment capacity and fuel type have been updated by the carrier, the CO2 value will update. You can find more information about using the CO2 calculation service in the article linked below:

Updated PDF report layout
PDF report in Loadboard will now match the same format as report in Logivity Connect service. Additionally, to improve the report readability we have added borders to the cargo information tables.
Below you can see how to export a PDF report for a shipment as well as an example of the report.
