How to add/update my invoice reference?

Introduction

Invoice reference is often requested to be displayed on the invoices issued by supplier and usually represents an organization's Invoice reference number or a purchase order number.

This article describes how to add and manage this information for your organization.

Prerequisites

Invoice reference (Financial reference) can be added in your account settings and can only be done by your organization administrator.

Instructions

1. In your Logivity account, go to "Settings" tab in the vertical navigation (1). Select "Organization details" tab (2). You will see a section called "Financial reference" (3), here you can enter the invoice reference number or purchase order number that you wish to have included on your invoices from Logivity. Click "Save" (4) to save your changes.
