Instructions
1. Create a ticket (support request) to Logivity Support team via the link below:
https://support.logivity.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
2. Please choose a category suitable for your question/request:
- General Questions and Queries - for general questions (for example invoicing, functionality etc.)
- Issues related to Shipments / Bookings / Transport Orders
- Issues with Login, Onboarding and other Application related issues
- Issues with integration - Carrier/Shipper integration issues, transmission errors
- Request Test Data - for integrated customers to request test data before integration go-live
3. Depending on which form you select, you will be presented with a number of fields to fill in. Please provide as much information as possible to help us investigate the issue.
4. Once you have filled in the form, click "Submit". The request will be received by our support team and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
5. You can follow your ticket via email - you will receive an email for every response from a support agent and can reply to it directly from your mailbox.
Alternatively, if you have created an account on our Help Center, you can see your request history and follow open requests under "My requests" section.
