Release information

June release will take place on 30th June 2024. This release includes functionality enhancements in Logivity services for web application users and integrated users.

In this release we also introduce a new service - Logivity Visibility.

What is changing?

  1. Integration Replay of events feature - in cases where events are missed due to various reasons, events replay can be an alternative option to retrieve missed events
  2. Auto-refresh feature in Loadboard - when a new shipment is sent to you in Loadboard, or when a status of a shipment has changed, you will now be able to see it via the auto-refresh function
  3. Enhanced CO2 calculation - you can now add vehicle capacity and fuel type for the shipments you carry out. For shipper there is a possibility to also specify these values during shipment creation.
  4. Manage your financial reference - add or update the invoice reference number / Purchase order number that you would like to be included on your invoice
  5. New Service: Logivity Visibility - a service that allows you to track the shipment in real-time

Replay of events

For integrated users there is now a possibility to replay past chaincode type events that have been missed for various reasons, such as authentication issue, service unavailability, processing error etc.

To learn how to replay missed chaincode events, please follow the instructions linked in the article below:

New Chaincode Event Replay

Auto-refresh of the shipment list in Loadboard

This feature will allow you to see if any changes have taken place in your shipment list view. For example, if a new shipment offer has been sent to you, if you have been awarded a shipment or lost in the bidding process, or if a new bid has been sent from a carrier.

In this case the refresh button will notify you that changes have taken place, and the counter will display how many changes occurred. Simply click on the refresh button to then refresh your list and see the updated information (click on the image below to zoom in).

Enhanced CO2 Calculation

Carrier

As a carrier you can add vehicle details for CO2 calculation when reporting PoP, PoA and Equipment number. You will notice additional fields for "Equipment net capacity" (1) and "Fuel type" (2) in each of these forms. Here you can confirm or update the values according to your vehicle type.

Shipper

As a Shipper, you are now able to add Vehicle details such as "Equipment net capacity" and "Fuel type" when creating a contracted or spot-bid shipment in the Logivity web application.

1. For shipment created in Connect service, vehicle details for CO2 calculation can be specified under carrier information when creating a shipment.

2. For shipment offers created in Loadboard service, vehicle details for CO2 calculation can be specified under transport order information.

Logivity Visibility Service

Logivity Visibility service Allows you to follow your shipments in real-time and keep track of them. The added level of visibility allows you to react to deviations and get automated up-to-date ETAs. Via the map icon next to the shipment (1) you can access a real-time location of the specific shipment (2). The service is currently in the pilot phase.
