Introduction

This article describes how to accept your contracted bookings automatically when they are sent to you.

Prerequisites

This functionality is available for organizations with carrier role on Logivity platform.

Instructions

In Logivity services open your settings in the vertical navigation bar (1) and click on "Services" (2).

Under organisation roles -> Carrier you will see a checkbox called "Auto accept shipments". Check the box (3) and add a name for the shipper from which you wish to accept bookings automatically (4).

Save your changes (5).
