Release information

May release will take place on 11th May 2024. This release includes functionality enhancements in Logivity services.

What is changing?

1. Login screen for Logivity services
2. Auto-accept feature for contracted bookings - enable contracted bookings to be accepted automatically by the system when they are sent to you

Login screen change

The login screen for Logivity services is changing to reflect the Logivity brand guidelines. You will notice that login to services screen will display "services" instead of "Logify" when you log in. The login process and link to access services remains the same.

Auto-accept feature

In May release we introduce functionality to allow integrated and web-application users to receive bookings in already accepted state. You can achieve this by enabling the auto-accept feature, which will become visible in your accounts from May 11th. Follow the steps below to enable auto-acceptance of your contracted bookings. 

Log in to Logivity services and go to the settings (1). Click on  "Services" tab (2). Under organisation roles where you have your role as carrier selected, you will see a checkbox called "Auto Accept shipments". To enable auto-acceptance check the box (3) and enter the name of the shipper organization, from which you would like the shipments to be accepted automatically (4). Save your changes (5).
