Release information

March release will take place on 2nd March 2024. This release includes enhanced functionality in Connect and Loadboard services, and bug fixes.

What is changing?

1. Opening hours display in Connect service - for awarded express shipments, location opening hours will now be visible in Connect service in the same way as they currently are displayed in Loadboard.
2. Assigned user copy-over to Connect - when you assign a shipment offer to a user in your organization in Loadboard, assignment will automatically be copied to Connect once you win the shipment.
3. Bug fix - reporting pick-up / delivery time for a different time zone.

Opening hours display in Connect service

Similarly to how opening hours are currently displayed for the shipment offers in Loadboard, this information will now also be available in Connect. When you win a shipment in Loadboard and it appears in your shipment list in Connect, you will be able to see the location opening hours here in the same way as you do in Loadboard.

Assigned user copy-over to Connect

When you assign a user to work with a particular shipment offer in Loadboard, once you have won the shipment and it appears in your Connect shipment list, the assigned user will be copied over as well. 

Reporting pick-up / delivery time for a different time zone

Previously customers raised an issue with reporting pick-up / delivery time for a different time zone where location time is ahead of the time zone the reporter is based in. The issue is now resolved and you should be able to report for the location time zones where time is ahead from Monday 4th March.
