Additional criteria for user group rules
In Addition to existing User Group rules for Pick-up country, Delivery country and Carrier reference number, you can now also add criteria based on:
- Services (Connect or Loadboard)
- Role (Shipper or Carrier)
- Shipment type - (All, Express or Standard)
Remember that you can set-up several rules for one group based on your requirements.
Change in notification settings for Loadboard
From Monday 5th February you can configure your Loadboard notifications from the User Groups screen for functional email address (1) and on individual user level (2). The old tab "LB notifications" tab will be removed from the user interface.
- To enable Loadboard notifications select "New shipment offer is available"
- To enable notifications for standard shipments select "New shipment is assigned"
- To receive shipment cancellation notifications select "Shipment is cancelled"
Location filter
When using location filter in Connect and Loadboard services you can now filter by multiple countries (1) or by a particular location (2). This option applies to both pick-up and delivery location filters. Select your country filter values or enter the value you want to filter by in the box and click "Apply" to filter your list.
"Assign user" function
Logivity Connect and Loadboard services now offer an "Assign user" function. You can assign yourself and other users within your user group to specific shipments to create transparency in who is working on which shipment. To assign a user to a shipment click on "Assign user" link (1) and select the relevant user from the list (2). Click on "Assign to shipment" button.
To change or remove the assignment, click on the assigned person and select a different assignee or select "Unassigned".
You can also filter by assigned users to see the shipments assigned to you, unassigned shipments, or shipments assigned to someone else in your user group.
Organization information tab removed from Logivity services application
Organization information tab in Logivity services administration page will be removed. Your organization information remains available in the Logivity Portal. There you can see your organization's up-to-date details and notify Logivity team if any changes are required.
