Introduction
This article describes the sorting and filtering functionality of the shipment list in the Loadboard service.
Please note that filters and filter templates applied in Loadboard will not transfer to Connect view due to the differences in the column filtering options.
If your organization is registered with both Shipper and Carrier roles, filters that you apply and save as templates are only applicable to the respective views they are created in.
Prerequisites
Sorting and filtering functionality is available to all registered Loadboard users.
Instructions
1. Sorting the shipment offer list

In the Loadboard service page you will see a list of all shipment offers. You can sort your shipment list view using the "up" and "down" arrows next to the column titles. Sorting can be done by:
- Pick-up location
- Pick-up date & time
- Delivery location
- Delivery date & time
- Deadline
- Status
2. Filtering the shipment offer list

Filtering options are available under each column title in the Loadboard shipment list view. When you click on the filter that you would like to use, data entry field will pop up. Data entry is done in the following formats:
- Pick-up location - address/part of the address entry & country picker. You can enter partial or full location address and/or select one or multiple countries to filter on.
- Pick-up - date picker, you can select date from/date to, or set a date range you wish to filter on
- Delivery location - address/part of the address entry & country picker. You can enter partial or full location address and/or select one or multiple countries to filter on.
- Delivery - date picker, you can select date from/date to, or set a date range you wish to filter on
- Cargo details - drop-down selection
- Shipper/Carrier (depending on the role) - drop-down selection
- Deadline - date picker, you can select date from/date to, or set a date range you wish to filter on
- Status - drop-down selection that allows you to filter by shipment status or by specific user(s) assigned to shipments.
To clear your filters, click "Clear" in the top right hand corner of the shipment list
3. Saving your filters
- You can save your filter selection as a template for future use. To do that, once you have set your filter values, click "Save" button in the top right corner of the list (1). Give your filter a descriptive name (2) that will help you identify it in the saved filter list, and click "Save" (3).
- If at a later point you require to change your saved filter values, you can update them by first setting relevant filters in your shipment list, then click on "Save" (1) and choose "Save as existing filter" (2). Choose the filter you would like to update from the drop-down (3) and click "save" (4). This will update your saved filter settings.
- You will find your saved filters in the top right corner of the shipment list. You can apply or delete your saved filters from here.
4. Export your list with filters on
- You can export your Loadboard shipment list with filters on. Apply your desired filters. Select all shipments (1) or individual shipments (2) from the filtered list that you wish to export. Choose the export format: PDF (individual document for each shipment) or Excel (all shipments in a list) (3).
5. Searching the shipment offer list

You can search for a specific Shipment reference in your shipment list. You will find the search box in the top-right corner of your shipment list. Enter the Shipment ID you would like to search for and click search or hit enter.

To clear your search results simply click on the "Clear" button to the right of column filters, or click clear button in the search box.
