Introduction

This article describes how to review bids placed on a shipment offer, award a shipment offer to a most suitable bidder, and cancel a shipment offer.

Prerequisites

In order to review bids, award shipments or cancel a shipment offer you need to be registered as a "shipper" on the Logivity platform.

There are two ways to review the bids placed on your shipment offer. You can open the shipment offer details and see the bids placed by carriers under the "Bids" tab.
You can also review the bids by clicking on the "Assign" button in the shipment offer row. From here you can Award a shipment directly to the most suitable bidder by clicking on the "Award" button.
Once you select which bid to award the shipment offer to, the shipment offer status will change to "Awarded" in your Loadboard shipment list view.
You can cancel a shipment offer by simply clicking a "Cancel" button in the relevant shipment offer row.
Shipment offers that have not been actioned by the shipper by the bidding deadline will be annulled by the system.
