Introduction
This article describes how to read your shipment list in Loadboard and what elements are included in the information about each shipment offer displayed in your list.
Prerequisites
Shipment list offers are available to organizations registered as "shipper", "carrier", or both roles on the Logivity Loadboard service.
Instructions
Access Loadboard
Open Loadboard service. You will enter the shipment list view. As a Carrier you will see the shipments offered to you to bid on. As a Shipper, you will see all the shipments offers created by you in this list. If your organization's role is both shipper and carrier, you will have two list views to choose from in the drop down menu in the top right corner of the page.
Shipment List views
1. Carrier view - The high level view of the shipment list provides the following information:

- Cargo details, messages to carrier and references

When any change occurs in your shipment offer list, you will be notified about this via the "refresh" button. For example when a new shipment offer has been sent to you, when you have been awarded a shipment or lost in the bidding process. As a Shipper, you will be notified when a shipment has been awarded or when auto-award fails.
Shipment details
You can expand each shipment offer to view it's details by clicking on the arrow down next to it. The details are divided into tabs and views for shipper and carrier are slightly different.
- Shipper will see: Overview, Bids, Stops, Cargo, Contact persons and History tabs.
- For Carrier contact persons tab only becomes visible once the shipment offer has been awarded to them and only Carrier's own bids will be visible to them.
1. Overview tab - Shipper view (1): provides information about the bidding, award criteria, whether custom bid is allowed and if award before deadline can be done. You will also find information about the transport mode, equipment type, estimated CO2 emission, shipment reference number, transport order reference, shipment creation date and details of carriers that received an offer to bid on this shipment.
Carrier view (2): difference in Carrier view is that Carrier will only see Bid validity date & time and Bid currency from the bidding information. Award criteria information will be hidden. Details of carriers offered to bid will also be hidden in the carrier view. The remaining information is the same as in shipper view.
2. Bids tab displays information about the bids placed by carriers. This includes bid type, bid time and price. For custom bids Recommended pick-up and delivery time will also be displayed. Shipper will see all bids placed by carriers in this tab, whereas Carrier will only be able to see their own bids.
3. Stops tab displays the details about the pick-up and delivery location and allocated time slots. Contact information for pick-up and delivery locations is also included in this view. However, carrier will only see it after they have been awarded the shipment. You can also view Transport order information in this view and if you 1) click on the transport order you will be able to 2) view the details about it and about each of the transport units.
4. Cargo tab Cargo Asset ID and transport order information. You can also expand the transport order (1) to see transport unit details (2).
5. Contact persons tab displays the details for contact persons at the pick-up and delivery destinations if these have been provided by the Shipper. Carrier will be able to see this tab upon being awarded the shipment, at the bidding stage this tab is not visible in the Carrier view.
6. History tab displays the shipment offer history. Here you can see information about the bids placed, and shipment offer status updates. In Loadboard web application Shipper can also see who has made a status change (1) if applicable.
User groups
If you organization has user groups, and you are a member of more than one user group, you will see the tabs for different user group views at the top of your shipment offer list. Click on the relevant tab to see user group-specific shipment list view.
Assign shipment to a user
Users with Edit access have a possibility to assign shipment offers to themselves or other users within the same user group. To assign yourself or another user to a shipment, click on "Assign user" button (1) and select the user you would like to assign a shipment to (2). Click on "Assign to shipment" button.
To change or remove the assignment, click on the assigned person and select a different assignee or select "Unassigned". Once the shipment has been awarded to a carrier and has been copied over to Connect, user assignment will also be copied with the shipment details.
Export shipments
Shipment list also offers export functionality to Shippers and Carriers. You can export the shipment offers in the list either as individual PDF documents or as an Excel list. To export shipments, select either specific shipments in the list view (1) or click select all checkbox (2) at the top of the list, and download options will appear at the top of the screen (3).
