Introduction
Each Logivity platform user has access to manage their personal profile. You have a possibility to:
- Change your password
- Edit you personal details
- Set your email notification preferences for groups where you are a member
- Modify settings for units of measure, date & time and currency & number.
Prerequisites
Personal profile settings can be updated by registered users. Each user only has access to update their respective Logivity platform user account.

Change your password
In your Logivity account profile (1) under "Personal details" (2), select "Change password" (3).
You will be prompted to enter your old password, and provide a new password. Once saved, you will be automatically logged out and can re-login with your new password.
Update your personal details
Select "Edit personal details" in your profile (1). From here you can update your Name, Surname, Phone number and E-mail address. Save your changes once done.
If you are updating your email address, you will be prompted to verify it - a verification code will be sent to the new email address you provide.
Configure email notifications for yourself
Scroll down to the "Email notifications" section of your profile. Here you can configure notifications according to your role (Shipper / Carrier) by enabling or disabling the specific event controls.
Update your account's general settings
In the "Settings" tab you have a possibility to set the settings for units of measure, date & time and currency & number. Remember to save you changes after setting the preferences. You can also reset your settings to default organization settings, for that click "Reset to default".
