Booking Accepted error on a shipment

As a carrier you might encounter a booking accepted error on a shipment. Usually it appears when a carrier tries to accept a shipment which has already been accepted, but due to the delay in processing, an error below might appear.

Take the following steps:

  1. Click the arrow next to "Retry".
  2. Click "Cancel"
  3. Refresh your shipment list to view the latest status of the booking
