Can integrated carriers receive shipment acceptance notifications?

By default Rest Proxy event subscription sends the event only to the receiver part and not to the party creating the event. For all the events created by Shipper, notification is sent only to the carrier and vice versa.

In some cases carriers also need an event notification on acceptance in case they wish to import shipments only after acceptance. For these cases the default rule can be overridden and notification for a specific event can be added.

To enable the notification outside the default rule (for example on Acceptance), please raise a support request to the Logivity team and we will help you set this up. Once enabled, carrier will start receiving desired event notifications on their event subscription.
