Introduction
This article describes administrative functions that your organization administrator can carry out in Logivity application.
Prerequisites
You need to have an organization administrator user role to be able to carry out these actions.
Instructions
Access administration pages
To access administration pages for your organization, log in to Logivity and go to the settings page via the gear icon in the vertical navigation bar.
You will see several tabs for different types of settings.
Organization Details
Here you will find your:
- Financial reference - a reference number or a purchase order number that you wish to have included on your invoices from Logivity. You can add and update it at any time (related article)
- Your Logivity ID (related article)
- Your registered organization information
Node
Node tab displays the credentials of the Access Service connected to your Logivity account. Here you can update your Access Service credentials and test your connection. Detailed description on how to manage the connection between your Logivity services and the Access Service is described in the article linked below.

Services
In Services tab you can check which services you have enabled, configure the credentials for Visibility service (related article) and check and update your organizations role / roles.
Your active services will have a filled in check-box so you can see what is enabled on your account.

On the same page you also have your Organization roles details. Here you can add and remove roles from your account.
As a Carrier, you can enable auto-acceptance of standard shipments here by clicking into "Auto Accept shipments" checkbox (1) and selecting which shippers you wish to automatically accept shipments from (2).
As a Shipper, you can create several departments under your account to specify to the carriers on a more detailed level which department has ordered a transport booking.
To add reference number for different organization units / departments fill in the checkbox next to "Use Shipper reference numbers for my organization" (1) and add reference numbers and names of the departments you wish to add (2). Every new department can be added by clicking "Add next Shipper Reference #" (3). Remember to save your changes once complete.
These reference numbers will then become available to select during shipment creation.
User groups
User Groups tab displays the details of user groups that exist on your organization's Logivity account. Here you can create new groups (1) and edit (2) or delete (3) existing groups.

Users
Users tab displays the details about users that have access to your organization's Logivity account. Here you can add (1), edit (2) or delete user access (3) and reset users' passwords (4). Article linked below also describes steps for these activities.

External partners
External Partners settings provide a possibility for you, as a Shipper, to allow your suppliers to create shipments directly in the Control service themselves. Here you can give your suppliers access and define the level of permissions they should have (1), you can edit suppliers' accounts (2) or deactivate (3) or reactivate them (4). Settings
Settings tab allows you to manage settings for data display. You have an option to define:
- Units of measure
- Date and time format
- Currency and number format
All new users added to the organization will inherit defined general settings, but the user can also adapt them to their preferences in their own profile page. To configure these setting on the profile level, please refer to this guide:
