Users can update their personal details directly in the system. Please note that if you would like to update your details on the Logivity Portal and on the Logivity Services page, those need to be updated separately in each one of them. The process for updating your details is the same for the Logivity Portal and Logivity Services.
Please note that to update Organization's information and Authorized Person details you need to raise a support request to Logivity team. This information cannot be updated by the users.
To update your contact details follow these steps:
- Log in to the relevant part of the system where you would like to update your details (Logivity portal or Logivity Services), and go to "My profile" section in the vertical navigation bar. Click on "Edit personal details".
- Make necessary changes and click "Save changes".
If you are updating your email address you will be prompted to enter your password in order to confirm email change.
