An Organization's Authorized Person is someone who is authorized to sign business agreements and make financial decisions on behalf of your organization. It can be an individual or a function.

It is possible that your organization's administrator and organization's authorized person could be the same contact (1), in that case you can specify this during your registration by ticking the relevant box in the registration form.

If your organization administrator does not have the authority to sign business agreements and make financial decisions on behalf of your organization, you will need to provide the contact details of a person who has the authority to do this (2).
