Introduction

During the onboarding process the system will generate a set of access service (node) credentials that are then used to connect the services you choose to use, to store your organization's data. This guide explains how to find and manage them.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this task you need to have Organization Administrator role.

Instructions

How to find your access service credentials?

In your vertical navigation, locate the icon with two keys. This is where your access service credentials are stored.

Click on it to view your existing credentials. To view your credential parameters, click on "Show credential parameters" (1). Here you can find your access service (node) URL, Username and Password.

From here you can also Deactivate your credentials (2) or Remove them (3).

If you remove the existing credentials all your account data will be removed as well and won't be available to retrieve.

How to create new access service credentials?

If you need to create an additional set of credentials, for example if you are building an integration, you can do that from here as well. Navigate to the "Credentials" section in your vertical navigation (1) and click "Add Credentials" (2). In the pop-up box, enter your new credential details (3) and click "Confirm" (4).

Your new credentials will be created and saved here (5).
