There are several ways to reset your password:
- Reset your password on the login page
- Change your password in your account settings
- Ask your organization administrator to reset the password for you (Logivity Services)

Method 1.
To reset your password on the login page, simply click on the "Forgot your password?" link. You will be asked to enter an email address you registered with and a link to reset your password will be sent to your mailbox. -
Method 2.
If you are logged in to the Logivity Portal or Logivity Services and would like to change your password, go to your profile and click "Change password". You will then be prompted to provide your old password and enter the new password. -
Method 3.
If you forgot your password to Logivity Services web application and do not have a possibility to reset it yourself, you can ask your organization administrator to do it for you. Your administrator needs to open the administration page in Logivity Services, go to "Users" tab and click on "Reset password". This will generate a link to reset your password. The link will be sent to the email address you registered with.
