What shall I do if I don't see a shipment?

user access 1.1.png In case when a user cannot find a particular shipment, first thing to check is what User Group access has been assigned to them.

You can check this by going into user profile "Personal details". Scroll down to your group membership information. Here you can see what permissions are assigned to your user account. In the example below it shows that user is a member of a "Demo" user group where specific access rules are defined. So the user can only has Read only (1) permissions and can only see shipments where pick-up location is set to Sweden and delivery location is either Germany or Belgium (2).
  • Verify if the user profile has appropriate access to see the shipment, using the steps described above.
  • If the level of permissions assigned to the user are not correct, please contact your Group Administrator to change access level within the group (3), or contact your Organization Administrator to assign the appropriate group/access level to the user.
  • If the problem exists after attaching the appropriate group/access level then please raise a support request and our team will help you as soon as possible.
